[oniro-dev] Removing references to previous infrastructure and Oniro release name

Dear Oniro community members,

I provide here two points for your consideration...

## Remove references to previous infrastructure

ELCE is approaching and we expect to make some noise with Oniro. Hopefully
developers will take a look at our documentation, code, website, etc.

I would appreciate if you, in your own area of responsibility, take a look at
any reference and link that refers to booting or ostc that should be changed
by now and do so.

Phil has already taken the lead and created a ticket (thank you):

787#note_1004282

We have a few weeks ahead of us so I thought this could be a good time for
this wake up call so it does not disrupt your current efforts.

## Oniro release name

The official name provided to the coming Oniro Release by the Oniro WG SC is
Oniro v2.0.

Please use it widely instead of codenames that might represent a trademark
infringement. It would be a shame that all the work we are doing could get
misty because we are not as respectful as we should with other organizations´
trademarks.

Please be extra careful in any material meant to be widely spread like
presentations, technical documentation, articles, etc.

Best Regards
