Hi Agustin,
As mentioned in the IT services meeting, the chat service is a low priority for us compared to getting the License compliance toolchain fully operational on Eclipse infrastructure by Oniro Beta Milestone (3rd week of September).
As discussed in a different thread, along with the signing service is critical to get a release of Oniro out by 16th December.
