Hi Vexicans!

I did some carving and polishing on the split method in BaseVexWidget. 
There is now also a canSplit method to indicate if the node at the 
current caret position can be split at all. As a bonus, if you are in an 
element that cannot be split (e.g. the title element in Docbook), the 
cursor is moved behind this element and the content assist is shown.

Please start playing and give me some feedback.
