Thanks for clearing that up. 

+1 for the release review documentation.

Only nit I noticed is the review date on the first slide which should be updated to match the new schedule.

It's not entirely clear if the release documentation was accepted but it looks the IP log was approved 2 weeks ago.

Given that there is new functionality, I don't think that this qualifies as a service release (which does not require a review).
