As I've said personally, I'm really sad to see you go -- not just because it's a loss for the project -- but wish you the very best with your new position, and of course with your surgery next week -- try not to get too caught up with work during your recovery! I think you're leaving things in very good shape, and should be really proud of what's been accomplished over the last few years.
And Jacques, look forward to working w/ you in your new role!
