Reviews project.

Miles has provided several large contributions, including a revamped data
model that will enable better code reuse for R4E (bug 324327) and a common
navigator for code review contents (bug 394925, bug 334967). He has also
contributed several UI enhancements for the Gerrit connector (bug 344100,
bug 344108, bug 396006).

Miles has demonstrated a good understanding of the architecture and a lot
of energy seeing the larger changes through. I look forward to upcoming
contributions from Miles to enhance the review tooling further.

portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 14 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Miles Parker must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
