Hi,
Right now R4E is in incubation and we do not provide
the binairies. This means that you will have to download the sources from
the weekly builds site and build the plugins yourself. We are working hard
in providing the binairies on the Mylyn update site and that should be available
shortly.
Normally, you should be able to get the weekly
builds at http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/snapshots/weekly
. However, for
some reason it seems that the download site is not available at the
moment. I'll have a look.
