[mylar-users] flash tutorial and v0.3.3

To make it easier to learn how to use the Mylar preview we have put up a 5
minute long flash-based tutorial:

Also note that since the start of the user study we have been making bug fix
releases available each Monday.  If you're not using the latest Mylar v0.3.3
you should upgrade by running Help -> Software Updates -> Find and
Install...
