No, it does not use them. I have added a bug report for
this, and added you as a CC. Monday's release should have the fix, so
simply update Mylar on Monday by following the original instructions. For
now you may also be able to set a system-wide proxy (in Windows it's under the
Internet Options).
Could you tell us how you want this to work? Is the following
dialog where you set your proxy settings?
