It seems like there are some minor field issues, but that's fine. As long as the core functionality is working with bugzilla 3.0, I can go ahead with the upgrade.

 

If any one else is using mylar with bugzilla 3.0, any input will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Mylar does support Bugzilla 3.0 (has been tested against the Bugzilla RCs). There are open bug reports to address adding support for the new features offered in Bugzilla 3.0:
