RE: [mylar-dev] mylar dev builds and planning

Good that you bring this up. I stopped sending the messages last September
because they were redundant with the "Scheduled for this week" query on the
Bugs page. But we may want a mechanism other than bug reports for planning.

What I'm most familiar with is the AspectJ and AJDT projects which use a
weekly conference call. It works well, but weekly may be too much for us at
this point. Bugzilla.org uses a mostly bi-weekly IRC meeting, but in my
experience chat sessions can end up less focused than a conference call.
The Mylar project's rhythm is the 3 week release cycles, so we could try out
having a developer conference call on the Monday or Tuesday following the
release. Anyone interested could dial in.

I propose 10am, Tuesday June 13th for the first call, and will look into
getting us a conference call number.
