[mylar-dev] this week's plan (v0.3.8)

Mylar 0.3.7 is now available.  The most notable changes are synchronization status for Bugzilla (pasted from the New & Noteworthy below) and a move to extension points for the Mylar bridges.  The focus for this week is improving Active Search and Active Hierarchy performance and integration, and 0.3.8 will be the first release of these facilities.
