Gorkem Ercan has expired the commit rights for Christian Kurzke (ckurzke). 
The reason for this change is:

Removing the inactive committers in order to accommodate project lead
change.

To honor Christian's contributions to the project, Gorkem Ercan has
nominated Christian for Committer Emeritus status.
