[mpc-dev] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Ed Merks on Ecl

Voting will close on 2026-09-10 for the Committer election of Ed Merks on
project Eclipse Marketplace Client (technology.packaging.mpc).

Criteria:

Ed is the releng workforce for simrel and the goal is to have MPC using tools
by other projects to perform releng tasks. In order to achieve that we need
him to have full access to project.
