Two days 'till launch!  Here is what is on the agenda for today:

By end-of-day (5 PM Eastern) all projects should be "done", having prepared content, at final locations, with final file and directory names, even though still "invisible" to normal web browsing and p2 installers.

It is important to note that file/directory names should be finalized as soon as possible, since our mirrors cannot "see" renamed files and must re-transfer the entire contents.

Tomorrow morning (Tuesday) will be early availability for Friends of Eclipse, BitTorrent downloads and Member distros, as well as mirror sync-up.
