We are close to being ready for a re-build request for MPC. Can I delegate to Steffen/David that they will make the official request to the cross-projects list? We expect to be ready in the next hour or so.

I've re-enabled the EPP build and pushed the version to RC5.
That means that when David updates /releases/staging after a successful Helios build, the EPP package build starts immediately after that.
