It's really unfortunate that you chose a proprietary protocol, a
centralized approach with one company, terms that are too hard to
understand (but might not be that bad), a discriminatory AUP, and a
privacy policy that's hard to follow and thus likely not ok. And, a
platform that touts AI use. While there are words that seem to indicate
an attempt to appear compliant with the GDPR, the terms appear
straightforwardly noncompliant.
Did you consider Matrix?
