[mosquitto-dev] mosquitto oom issues

I'm having similar problems: the memory usage of my mosquitto broker (1.3.4) running on a banana pi grows steadily. It starts with ~1.9MB and after an uptime of 4d 5h it has now grown to 157.3 MB! Coild this be due to a subscriber that has died without properly disconnecting?

I only have ~20 topics and only a few publishers (~5) and even fewer subscribers. One publisher publishes ~10 topics each second and another one one topic every couple of seconds, so no heavy trafic.
