[mosquitto-dev] test.mosquitto.org broker changes

Dear all,

The test.mosquitto.org broker is currently unavailable. Someone has
been playing around with sending large messages to lots of clients and
has hit the billed bandwidth allocation for this month in two weeks.

I've configured a different machine to run just the broker - so
http://test.mosquitto.org/ won't work - and updated dns so hopefully
everything should be working soon. DNS takes time to propagate so it
may be a little while before everything works for you.
