[mosquitto-dev] Cannot compile on Mosquitto c++ Visual Studio

Hello i'm Boris.

I usesd to use Mosquitto with dotnet in the last year.

Now i'm switching to c++ and VisualStudio and i'm not able to complile mosquitto.

First problem OpenSSL(solved loading dll and installer)

c-ares copied and modified cmakefile but i'm still having problems.

Is there a document or a solution to this issue?
