[mosquitto-dev] Version 1.3.5 released

Dear all,

I have made another bugfix release in the 1.3 series, 1.3.5. The
changes are available at http://mosquitto.org/ChangeLog.txt

I felt it was important to fix some of the outstanding bugs, due to
the 1.4 release still not being ready.

The deb based binary packages are not yet available, but other binaries are.

This release is not made under the umbrella of Eclipse, hopefully the
next one will be.
