Hi Guy,

Actually you should use the Debian repository at repo.mosquitto.org to
get the latest version of mosquitto on your Pi. The packages available
in the Pi repositories are very old - assuming you're using raspbian
wheezy. If you're on raspbian jessie then the distro packages are a
bit more up to date.
