[mojarra-dev] Eclipse Mojarra 2.3.13 is available in maven central

Dear Mojarra Community,

Mojarra 2.3.13 is available in maven central [1]. This version is special, as it's the first version that's going to be Jakarta EE 8 certified. It passed all the TCKs and requirements. I sent the message to ask for certification approval today.

This version incorporates several bug fixes, some of which had been committed to master some time ago but didn't make it into the 2.3 branch.

In a project level, this version also does away with much code generation and has simply committed the resulting generated code (editing that if changes are needed should be easier than editing the code generators, which had gotten quite complex over time).

At the project level, the api module has also been moved to its own project, though the actual API source is still in the the Mojarra project (to be solved later).
