Hi Ed, indeed it's not very helpful but the commiters are actually active but missed the notification in some way.
They are now monitoring the proper channels and I'll trigger another election.

I would suggest you contact the committers and then and remove any committer that is no longer active or no longer able to vote such that an election can conclude successfully.
