Eclipse release cycle. The same comment applies for XSD...

The link that Anthony provided is to the release record. I created
a "review" record from it. The review record references the
release record and displays the review information from it.
FWIW, this 1.7 release looks a lot like a service release to me
(e.g. 1.6.1). Contributing a service release to Kepler is
perfectly acceptable. Service releases do not require reviews (or
IP Log approval). This is just FYI; it's really a matter for the
project and PMC to decide how to characterize a release.
