If we can consider Ed's March 27 note [1] as the start of a project
lead election--which includes an implicit +1 from Ed--and combine it
with the two +1s recevied on April 13, then I feel that we can
declare this a valid election with a successful outcome.
With the PMC's approval, I will make Ed Willink a co-lead on the
modeling.m2m project.
In order to remove Frederic as co-lead, I'll need a unanimous
consent from the PMC.

have big plans for both QVTd and QVTo.) It seems to fall to me
to offer to
take on the role of MMT component lead.
I welcome hearing other people's views as to how MMT should
proceed.
