I'm forwarding your note to the cross projects list and to the planning
council to ensure that the broadest possible audience is informed about
the intent to remove EMF Index from Helios.

I am not aware of any other Helios project depending on EMF Index, but if you know one, please tell me. Otherwise I'll just remove the entry from the Helios projects webpage.
