Anne,
The communication channel for both should probably be the MDT
newsgroup, eclipse.modeling.mdt. I’ve attached the slides in Powerpoint
format.
Cheers,

Subject: Re: [mdt.dev] RE: Termination Reviews for MDT OCL Tools and MDT
EODM
Thanks, Kenn. The slides look fine for ODL and EODM except
that they don't include the Communication Channel we need to use for the
community to post comments or to request that the review call be held. I am
presuming that using the newsgroup for OCL and EODM would be OK? If so, I'll
add the URL for those newsgroups to the email announcement that I sent out
today (http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.modeling.mdt.ocl
and http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.modeling.mdt.eodm).
Also, could you please send the slides in the source format?
We archive both versions. Thanks.

We would like to schedule the review for October 8 instead.
I’ll get the slides to you by October 1.

(Re-sending since the OCL dev list
address was incorrect.)
As I just explained in the email
about mdt.eodm, for a Termination Review you need review docuware (slides), and
PMC approval to have the review. We also suggest that you give the developers
on the project notice that the review is being planned.
Since you are a PMC member, and
you have copied the dev list on this email, the only thing you still need to do
is create a set of slides. These are due at least one week before the scheduled
review date.
We are doing reviews on Wednesday,
Sept. 17, at 8am PT. Will that time work for you? Thanks.
