Re: [modeling-pmc] Re: Conference call service

Hi Rich,

I checked with Karl, our Portland IT guy, and he said you can now get an Asterisk conference call number and passcode on the Portal. Karl documented that here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Asterisk_Conference_Calls. I personally can't see that feature in the Portal (not being a PL or on a PMC), but I trust it's working OK. Just let me know if you need anything else--thanks.

OK, we’ll give it a shot.  I added a new Wiki page for our next meeting, so if Anne can please provide the conference number and passcode, I’ll publish and we’ll see how it works.  http://wiki.eclipse.org/Modeling_PMC_Meeting%2C_2007-07-17

Thanks,
Rich

Rich and all,
We'd love to have you all be some of the first users of the conferencing system. The instructions are on the wiki <http://wiki.eclipse.org/Asterisk_Conference_Calls> ; contact Anne <mailto:emo@xxxxxxxxxxx>  for a conference number and passcode.
Conference call service In light of our discussion (and difficulties) today, I thought this was a bit of good news: http://eclipsewebmaster.blogspot.com/2007/06/conferencing-is-coming.html
