I checked with Karl, our Portland IT guy, and he said you can now get an Asterisk conference call number and passcode on the Portal. Karl documented that here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Asterisk_Conference_Calls. I personally can't see that feature in the Portal (not being a PL or on a PMC), but I trust it's working OK.
