[mmt-dev] Migration of www/modeling/mmt to GIT

Hi

Emulating Kenn's MDT actions, 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=395543 requests a move of 
www/modeling/mmt in CVS to /gitroot/www.eclipse.org/modeling/mmt.git. 
This copy will include the mmt/atl, mmt/qvtd, mmt/qvto folders so MMT 
sub-projects should not request their own CVS WWW copies.

When new Modeling or Foundation infrastructure is available, it is 
expected that MMT and mmt.git will go obsolete and 'sub-projects' will 
take responsibility for their own content. The requested migration 
should just preserve the status quo until then.
