Dear Steering Committee:
Please note that for accuracy, the Eclipse Foundation's governance process and policy, including the Charter, Working Group Process, and Bylaws, dictate that this vote is based on a simple majority, not a super majority. For avoidance of doubt see the Charter - Voting.
As this is an electronic vote, the simple majority is based on a quorum of all voting members. This ensures that decisions are valid and consistent with our established procedures.

Please respond with +1 (positive), 0 (abstain), or -1 (reject). Any feedback that you can provide to support your vote will be appreciated.
This ballot will be 14 days, ending on November 18th 2025, although the ballot can complete in 7 days if all Steering Committee member votes have been cast. The ballot requires a Super-majority positive vote of the Steering Committee members. There is no veto. Community input and Community votes are welcomed. However, only the votes delivered by Steering Committee Representatives will be counted.
