Why:
We think, this is the wrong question at this time, as it is the
responsibility of the McroProfile WG (MPWG) to coordinate the
transfer of the MPWG's assets before the termination of the MPWG,
as there is no guarantee to get this transferred and accepted by
the Jakarta EE Working Group - their Steering Committee need to
accept it first in total or partly.
When we would terminate the MPWG now simply, it's the
responsibility of the Eclipse Foundation Executive Director (Mike)
to handle the future of these assets instead.
So to ensure we take our responsibility on the transfer of all
assets elsewhere as MPWG first, we vote against the termination
for now.
But of course, when the job is done, we
would support the final termination of the MPWG then.
