[microprofile-wg] MPWG intent to use $5k allocation for 2021 Swag

Hello all, 

For those of you who've been eagerly awaiting new swag to celebrate and share MP, we've got an exciting update! 

The MPWG intends to use the $5k allocated to 2021 for t-shirts.  We've prepared a design and order in collaboration with Deluxe Screen Printing (a trusted and well-loved partner).  The quote pdf is attached.
