Hi,
I think we need to reroll the release anyway, because we were not able to fully recover the required files following the delete from the staging repo.
I’ll be closing the current release issue and let the spec team to follow up with another release when they see fit.
Thank you.
Cheers, Roberto
Hi, Should we re-vote this? I believe a super majority is required to
approve a release
review. The reported ballot tally shows 6 of 10. I think
super majority is 2/3'rds which, I think, would require 7 positive
votes. Adding the Tomitribe vote would carry it over the
threshold, but that is anomalous since that came in after the
ballot period had expired. I think the PMC and EMO representatives
are also supposed to approve (Maybe they have?).
Please note, I'm not proposing anything be unwound -- only that
we work to practice the process that we state we intend to follow. Thanks, -- Ed

To
approve and ratify the Release Review of
MicroProfile GraphQL 1.1 Specification, the
Steering Committee Representatives vote is
requested. Please respond with +1 (positive),
0 (abstain), or -1 (reject). Any feedback
that you can provide to support your vote will
be appreciated.
The MicroProfile Specification
Process requires the Specification Committee
and the Community to provide feedback during
the approval process using the relevant
documents:
https://github.com/microprofile/microprofile-wg/issues/25
This ballot will be fourteen days, ending on
Thursday, April 1st. The ballot requires a
Super-majority positive vote of the Steering
Committee members. There is no veto. Community
input and Community votes are welcomed.
However, only the votes delivered by Steering
Committee Representatives will be counted.
