[mdt-papyrus.dev] Jenkins Cleanup and update sites migrations

Hi everyone,

 

I use the fact that the release just happened to do some cleanup, mainly stale jobs on the Jenkins instance and archiving old releases. I will however also move the artifacts from incubation and interoperability to the all-encompassing components folder in order to maintain consistency on the server, and delete the now obsolete Papyrus-Master-Developer job that has been succeeded by the Toolsmiths one.

 

The first items should not impact anyone but the later might, hence the heads up. This change should be effective at the end of the week if no one objects.
