Hello,
I just test it, (I modified the name of an xwt file by introducing an escape) and it works.
I also modify the ctx file that reference this file in the section like follow:

xmi:id="_7GPjWhlAEee9MaUtCQMJVA"
name="Single HwROM"
sectionFile="ui/Single HwROM.xwt">
<widget
href="ui/Single HwROM.xwt#/"/>
</sections>
