[mdt-papyrus.dev] SysML 1.1 to 1.4 migration

I found this wiki page [1] about a new feature in Oxygen for migrating SysML models from 1.1 to 1.4, and I think I found the feature at [2], but when I try to install it in the PapyrusSysML14 1.0.0 which is on Oxygen (from [3]) I get the error below, which says that it expects "Papyrus SysML 1.4 UI 0.11.0" which cannot be installed (as 1.0.0 is installed). I looked around and could not find any 0.11.0. The only version in [3] is 1.0.0, and in the Neon site, the latest one is 0.10.1. It looks like the increment to 1.0.0 in Oxygen broke something. Can this be fixed?

Also, what's the status of this migration tool? Does it deal with elements that were deprecated from SysML 1.1 to 1.4?
