That depends on the Eclipse/Papyrus release you want. Pre-SysML1.4 release, SysML used to be part of the Papyrus release, hence if you downloaded Papyrus you had SysML too (though this has not been the case since the last Mars release).

Then in the Neon releases SysML was moved to the extra update site (still part of the release but under extra instead of main).

 

When we switched to Oxygen SysML1.1 was then removed and SysML1.4 replaced it and was published under its own update site. There was still a job for SysML1.1 (for 3.0.0, this is being rewired for the 3.1.0 but is still down last time I checked) to enable the migration from 1.1 to 1.4 but the support for 1.1 is still supposed to end before Photon.

Hi. Is there an update site for old (pre-1.4) Papyrus SysML?

Specifically I'm looking for org.eclipse.papyrus.sysml.feature 1.2.0.

I've looked around the usual update sites under http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/papyrus/?d but I can only find org.eclipse.papyrus.sysml14.*
