[mdt-papyrus.dev] Svn plugin removal in Photon

Hi everyone,

 

Pierre suggested to remove the org.eclipse.papyrus.team.svn plugin

I think it’s a pretty good suggestion:

-        this plugin was never distributed (no feature)

-        pretty much every one moved to git

 

I will wait one month to see if anyone has a reason to keep this plugin.

If not I will merge the patch and remove the plugin from photon sources.
