Hi

You should use the Papyrus newsgroup for user problems. The developer list is for developers.

You should also report your problem accurately. It is clear from the log that your failure is while installing Papyrus, yet you claim to only use the Neon.3 platform with CDT.

You are clearly mixing and matching in an erroneous way, probably with an Oxygen Papyrus.
