Still no palette on the sequence diagram (and the same exception) with the latest Papyrus Oxygen build (#3697). I provided some comments on the
Gerrit change with a probable cause.

Which is the main bug tracking this work? I did a quick test on the latest nightly build of Papyrus Oxygen, and the tool palette for
the sequence diagram is completely empty. An exception is thrown
java.io.FileNotFoundException: Loading palette configuration... Impossible to find a resource for path; model/PapyrusUMLSequenceDiagram.paletteconfiguration
for bundle: org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.diagram.sequence_3.0.0.201705090144 [555]
and it would be nice to have some overall bug related to the work with the sequence diagram. Feels unnecessary to write a new separate
bug for this issue (which I guess is just the classic issue with a build.spec not being up to date with what needs to be included in a binary build).

The sequence diagram has been integrated in the main branch.
A set of tests are failed in error. These bug are under control and will be fixed in the next days.
