It’s easy enough to replace the profile in the setup model,
but there is more to it than that: the formatter settings are
managed in the .settings/ of each project in the git
repository individually, because not everybody uses Oomph
(most do not?). From a quick comparison, it appears that the
settings in the projects are the correct settings. So that,
in fact, what is in the setup model doesn’t actually matter
(except for projects that aren’t in the Papyrus git repo, I
suppose).
(Oomph provides a tool that synchronizes these and other
project-level preference settings, but it’s not related to the
Setup tooling)
