[mdt-papyrus.dev] Problems with standard profile

Dear all,

the evolution of the UML standard forsees now two standard profiles, 
called standard L2 and standard L3. Up to now, Papyrus 0.9 referenced 
the no longer existing Standard.profile.uml which did obviously not 
work. We will register the two profiles for usage in the profile 
application dialog, clarifying that L2 corresponds to the former 
standard profile.

Migration of existing models does not yet automatically work, for the 
moment you can do it by opening the file in the model with the standard 
UML tree editor.
