Hi everyone,

I'll try to clarify all the situation and all the issues arisen:

- About Javier Muñoz Ferrara and Javier Cano Muñoz: They are two different people although they both work for the same company (Prodevelop). Javier Muñoz Ferrara is our project manager while Javier Cano Muñoz is a software developer and analyst (the same as me).

- Furthermore, none of us is currently working for Integranova. In fact, when we made our first code contribution, we were no longer working for Integranova but for Prodevelop (Integranova is not participating anymore in the MOSKitt Project. That is the reason why we moved to Prodevelop). However, this is not a problem since Integranova was hired by Prodevelop. This is because the project contract was given to Prodevelop by the Conselleria. The conditions of the contract implied that all the code generated by Prodevelop (and, therefore, all the companies hired by it) needed to be copyrighted to the Conselleria and protected by the Eclipse Public License.

- Marc Gil and Mario Cervera work, currently, for Prodevelop and, therefore, we've asked for the permission (sorry, we did not realised this issue). Who do we have to send it once we have it?

- Regarding to the code mentioned below, we will put Marc Gil both as author and contributor.

If someone needs more information, don't hesitate to ask for it.

In order for Javier's code which appears authored while employed by Integranova

to be included in this contribution, we will require consent from Integranova.

I believe Francisco Javier Cano's and Gabriel Merin Cubero's content falls into

the same category.  I'm assuming Javier Munoz is a different person than

Francisco Javier Cano?

Sorry, this should have read Gabriel Merin Cubero not Marc regarding

Integranova.  You will note that Marc is listed as author but Gabriel is listed

as the contributor.  You should also list Marc as a contributor.  See the

If Conselleria has contracts in place with ProDevelop such that the work of the

consultant(s) is owned by Conselleria then yes this is acceptable.

So I believe the new outstanding issues are:

1.  Employer Consent from ProDevelop for Marc Gil Sendra.

2.  Employer Consent from Integranova for Javier Muñoz, Gabriel Merin Cubero

and 

possibly Francisco Javier Cano unless this person is the same as Javier Munoz.
