Hi Sebastien;  Thank you for providing the new attachment.  We still need a
couple of things before moving forward:

1. Employer Consent Forms will need to be signed by Intergranova and forwarded
to Eclipse for the following two contributors:
a.  Javier Munoz
b.  Marc Gil Sendra

Also, can you help me understand if there is a relationship between Prodevelop,
Intergranova and Conselleria de Infraestrcturas y Transporte, Generalitat in
terms of contracts or otherwise?
