[mdt-papyrus.dev] code migration to share functionnalities between diagram

Hi,

I have adding some custom code from diagram.clazz to diagram.common in order to share code between diagrams.

1. custom code for figures: package classifier

/org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common/src/org/eclipse/papyrus/diagram/common/figure

2. some locators for managing ports:

/org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common/src/org/eclipse/papyrus/diagram/common/locator

3. some policies for managing resizeable border items:

/org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common/src/org/eclipse/papyrus/diagram/common/editpolicies

I have also a question for Moskitt team:

why there is a src and custom-src directory? all this code is not custom?
