Hi

The signer only signed about 5% of the plugins in the 6.1.0M4 build.

A couple of days later the signer works correctly again and so 6.1.0M4a 
is contributed tio the aggregator.

6.1.0M4a has no functional changes.
- all plugins are signed
- about three features move from m.n.100 to m.n+1.0
