[mdt-ocl.dev] Luna build hijack

Hi

In oreder to try to find out why a test has started stalling 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=418706) on luna-master 
but when M2 is rebuilt on branch tests, I need to hijack the existing 
job to really rebuild M2 using a branch such as edw/418706a that can be 
set to the original M2 master commit. So do not expect 
buckminster-ocl-core-luna-master builds to be from master till further 
notice.
