Hi

Major problem solved by

renaming 'master' to 'wrongMaster' on build.eclipse.org
pushing a correct 'master' as normal.

Just need to solve the inelegance that build.eclipse.org considers 
'wrongMaster' to be the current branch.

Can't see how to fix this. 'checkout' fails because there is no Working 
Directory.
