Have you made sure that you're using a GIT 1.2 rather than the very
vintage Update Site defaults?
350862 and 366849 appear to be successfully deleted.

Ed, I have a couple of local branches "bug/349300" and
"bug/366849":
- The former is still open.
- The latter bug is closed, but trying to push the remote
bug/366849 deletion -> NPE
Apart from that, I've also reviewed my remote tracking (releng)
branches:
- origin/bug/350862 -> NPE.
- origin/bug/366849 -> NPE.
The non-removed branches maybe come from NPE I received by EGIT
when I tried to remove them before taking the break ?
Could you try to remove them ?. Perhaps, Am I doing anything wrong
?. I remember to delete several remote branches with EGIT prior to
the holidays ?
